The Cross - iPhone X Case

The "Cross" is the last interpretation the artist has for the North Rose Window in Notre Dame Cathedral, Paris.

"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. " (John 1:5). The gothic outline of the "Cross," like the "Shield" design, illustrates human flesh and sinful nature. The four pairs of curtains in each arm of the cross resembles the curtains in the sanctuary of the Temple that was torn in two upon the death of Jesus. This design ultimately portrays Him as the light within us all, and our ambassador to God and salvation. 

The three-petaled flowers at the extremities of each arm stand for the Trinity, and the pearls coming out of the center flower expresses life itself. The "Cross" simply represents Jesus' victory over since and death.
